The "Great Commision" is the foundation of Eastview's mission opportunities. We are open to and seek the Lord's leadership in our involvement with foreign missions, home missions, state missions, association related missions, and local mission opportunities. We seek to involve as many people as possible, with a wide variety of ways to participate.

 

 

Mission to Amish People (MAP)

MAP is an organization which specifically reaches out to Amish individuals who have left or been shunned by their families and communities.

 

Alpha Alternative Pregnancy Care Center is an inter-denominational Christian ministry committed to meeting the spiritual, emotional, and material needs of women who find themselves in a crisis situation as the result of a pregnancy.

 

The Purpose of the Aaron McNeil House, Inc. (AMH) is to promote the well being of families in the Christian County community through Crisis Relief and Educational Programs.

 

Missions Trips
Eastview also participates in an annual missions trip.  In 2009, we joined Luke 9:2 Ministries of Nashville, TN. in a medical mission trip to Guatemala. We are currently planning a missions trip to Honduras this January.

 

ADDITIONAL MISSION INVOLVEMENT

Soldier Deployment
Eastview sponsors lunches for our soldiers at Fort Campbell.

This Roadside Outreach is our special ministry to open opportunities for serving by meeting several needs during a large community and state event June 3-6, 2010.

 

Packets of information regarding the Gospel and Eastview Baptist Church have been hung on over 800 doors in the Eastview area as we have participated in the national and state-wide emphasis to take the gospel into every household. In addition, some members are traveling to Florence, KY to help a newly planted church hang over 3,000 bags in the Florence area.
