Any meeting or biblical counseling session with Pastor Shane must meet the following conditions:

• All meeting request must be submitted through Pastor Shane's online calendar (click agree below) or by calling Pastor Shane's ministry assistant, Bobbie Reagan at (423) 464-6629.
• Purpose of meeting must be specified.
• Meeting request must be approved by Pastor Shane.  Pastor Shane does reserve the right to refuse a meeting.
• Pastor Shane's wife and/or ministry assistant must be available and present for any request submitted by females.  It is possible a representative from the church will be present for any meeting request depending on the purpose of the meeting.
• All meetings must be conducted in-person at the church office or remotely through Google Meet.  No meeting or counseling session will be conducted via text, chat, or phone.
• All meetings will be confirmed and scheduled through Pastor Shane's ministry assistant with His Vision Ministries once Pastor Shane's availability is confirmed.
